RETURN POLICY
Due to sanitary and state regulation laws, there are no returns on any hair utensils or extensions. All hair and products are final sale online and in store.
REFUND POLICY
At the Silkout Bar, we do not accept any deposits. You pay only after you are serviced. After service is complete, there are no refunds on any services or products online or in location.
LATE POLICY

A card is required to book your appointment online. You can cancel online within 24 hours of booking. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. No refunds on late fees or cancellation fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policy on any hair or product will be 5-7 business days for order processing, and 3-5 business days for shipping. This can differentiate. Be sure to email us to confirm time or shipping .
